About Corporate Transitions International, Inc.

We know that for an organization to compete, survive and thrive in the global economy of the new millennium, it must have a strong identity, and be very agile, flexible, and focused. We also know that such an organization will require a radically improved structure, and it must be made up of people who are much more mature and conscientious than traditional wage-earners. This type of worker will have radically different desires and needs than employers have seen in the past.

This new organization, what we call an "Optimum Organization", will be agile in structure through the use of Organizational Architecture, and made up of mature (dedicated, creative, caring) equals, all personally aligned with a purposeful, noble organizational Vision. They will work together to realize that Vision by taking "one thousand little steps," each carefully orchestrated, conducted, and executed. They will be people who add value to the community in which they participate, their organizations, their significant others, and themselves.

Corporate Transitions has been around since the early 70's, and is an international organization with offices on three continents (North America, South America, and Europe) and in the Caribbean. Our association with Integra International extends our range of effective operation into Asia and Oceania, as well.
